Acrylic display stands are using more and more widely. At present, mobile phone display stands, cigarette display stands, cosmetic display stands are all using acrylic material. 1. Acrylic has good cutting performance and can be processed by laser cutting. Therefore, the acrylic display stand can withstand various temperature environments. Normally, we do not have to worry about the temperature during the production process.

2. The temperature of acrylic is generally around 150 ℃ when it is flowing, but when the acrylic material begins to decompose, the temperature is higher than 270 ℃. Therefore, it is still very flexible in terms of temperature change, normal temperature will not influence it. High temperature resistance ability is one of the characteristics of acrylic.

3. Acrylic is an invisible polymer, its shrinkage range is reduced, generally in the range of 0.45%-0.9. This provides good conditions to the molding precision of acrylic display stands. Usually, the molding is very accurate.

4. Acrylic is made of polymethacrylate cresol. It contains polar side methyl group, which has strong hygroscopic properties. Generally, we need to keep acrylic display stand dry. The condition required for drying is 78℃ - 80℃ for 5-6 h.
