Ways to Improve Acrylic Sunglasses Display Racks Adhesive Property

The processing technology of acrylic sunglasses display racks is injection molding and bonding. However, the injection molding display racks needs molding and the cost is high. Therefore, currently, most of the acrylic display racks are using bonding way. In fact, the bonding acrylic display may has some problems. If the bonding part is not handle well, it is easy to cause bubbles and glue marks at the bonding area. This will affects the adhesive property of the display racks!
So, is there any way to avoid or reduce this situation? In the followings, we wants to share how to improve the adhesive effect of acrylic sunglasses display racks.

1. Clean up the bonding area before bond the acrylic board.  

The dust in the air or the dirt on the surface of the acrylic board will damage the bonding effect. They may cause bubbles when the glue is bonded to the acrylic sunglasses display racks. Normally, the bonding should process in a clean and dust-free workshop, and the acrylic board should clean.

2. Avoid inject too much glue. Injecting too much glue will cause the glue to overflow.

After the glue is dry, it will leave an unsightly glue mark on the acrylic surface. It can protect the periphery of the bonding part with a sticker, so that even if the glue is overflowing, it will not remain on surface of the acrylic.

       3. Use the right way to dry the glue on the acrylic sunglasses display racks.

Do not use hot air of the hair dryer to directly blow the newly bond acrylic display rack. Otherwise the glue will produce unsightly white edges. It is best to wait until it dry naturally and it will sticks more firmly.
